02. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Belamo Atelier reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will be made available on our website. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of confirmed orders unless agreed with the client or required by applicable law.

03. USE OF THE WEBSITE

This website must be used for lawful purposes only.

• Use the website for unauthorised, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to protected areas, systems, or data.

04. OUR SERVICES

Belamo Atelier specialises in bespoke stationery, custom design, digital invitations, event websites, and selected event accessories.

Each project is developed according to the client’s individual requirements, the agreed creative direction, and the scope of services outlined in the quotation.

Semi-custom designs are not currently available. This collection is under development and will be introduced at a later date.

05. ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS

All projects require a 70% deposit of the total agreed amount before any creative work or production begins.

The remaining 30% must be paid before final delivery of the completed project.

An order is considered confirmed only after the initial payment has been received and the project details have been agreed upon.

No design work, production, or delivery will commence without the corresponding required payment.

Any additional services, quantities, materials, or changes outside the original quotation may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the client.

06. DESIGN PROCESS & CUSTOMISATION

Every bespoke project is created with care and attention to detail.

Clients may personalise various elements, including colours, typography, illustrations, paper selections, materials, wax seals, tassels, and other decorative finishes, subject to availability and the agreed quotation.

The design process is based on the client’s initial brief and the creative direction established with Belamo Atelier.

Requests that substantially differ from the approved concept or agreed scope may require a revised quotation and additional production time.

07. REVISIONS & FINAL APPROVAL

Revisions are carried out according to the scope agreed upon for each project.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before providing final approval, including:

• Names, dates, and event details.
• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Addresses, contact information, and website links.
• Guest information and any other supplied content.

Belamo Atelier is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in information supplied or approved by the client.

Once the final design has been approved and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Any additional costs resulting from errors in client-approved content, including reprinting or reproduction, will be the client’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

08. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Our estimated production and delivery timelines are:

• Printed stationery:“> 10 to 12 business days following final design approval, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Digital invitations and save-the-dates: Within 48 hours.
• Custom websites: Within 30 days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, client response times, and final approvals.

Clients are encouraged to contact Belamo Atelier at least 3 weeks before their required delivery date.

Urgent orders may be accepted depending on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Any applicable shipping costs and arrangements will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

09. PRINTING, MATERIALS & COLOUR VARIATIONS

Belamo Atelier carefully selects materials and printing finishes to achieve a high-quality result.

However, slight variations may occur between digital previews and printed products due to screen settings, printing techniques, paper textures, and material characteristics.

Natural variations in handmade or speciality materials may also occur.

These variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect. Any actual defects or lack of conformity will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

As bespoke projects are created specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy reflects the time, creative work, planning, and resources dedicated to each confirmed project.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review all project details and payment conditions before confirming their order.

Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

In the event of damage, loss, or failure to return rented items, the client will be responsible for the reasonable costs of repair or replacement, subject to applicable law.
